The Richmond Metropolitan Transportation Authority is requesting proposals from qualified and interested firms of certified public accountants to audit its financial statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2021 and for each of the four (4) subsequent fiscal years. The RFP will set forth the terms and conditions of the proposed engagement and of submission and is expected to be available on February 11, 2021.
The RFP will be available online through the Authority’s website (www.rmtaonline.org) and the Commonwealth of Virginia’s website (www.eva.virginia.gov). In order to be considered, the Authority must receive a written response to the RFP in its offices on or before 12:00 PM March 12, 2021. Any proposal received after this deadline shall be deemed non-responsive and returned unopened.
