The Richmond Metropolitan Transportation Authority is requesting proposals from qualified and interested firms of certified public accountants to audit its financial statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2016 and for each of the four (4) subsequent fiscal years. The RFP will set forth the terms and conditions of the proposed engagement and of submission and is expected to be available on January 14, 2016.
The RFP will be available online through the Authority’s website (www.rmaonline.org) and the Commonwealth of Virginia’s website (www.eva.virginia.gov). In addition, requests for the RFP can be made by phone at 804-523-3300. In order to be considered, the Authority must receive a written response to the RFP in its offices on or before 2:00 PM February 12, 2016. Any proposal received after this deadline shall be deemed non-responsive and returned unopened.
