The Richmond Metropolitan Transportation Authority will hold its Operations and Finance Committee Meeting (budget workshop) on Tuesday, April 28, 2020 at 10:00am. Pursuant to Virginia Code Section 2.2-3708.2(A)(3) involving a declaration of a state of emergency and following the Governor’s “Stay At Home” Order (Executive Order Number 55), the meeting will be conducted telephonically.
