The Richmond Metropolitan Transportation Authority will hold its Nominations and Governance Committee Meeting on Tuesday, May 14, 2019 at 11:30AM in the RMTA Central Office Conference Room, 901 East Byrd Street, Suite 1120, Richmond, Virginia.
*Pursuant to Article X of the By-laws of the Richmond Metropolitan Transportation Authority, the RMTA board members propose to change Article III, Section 2 of the By-laws concerning the scheduling of meetings, and Article III, Section 6 of the By-laws to include a written policy allowing for and governing participation of its members by electronic communication means.
