The Richmond Metropolitan Transportation Authority will hold its Annual Meeting of the Board of Directors on Tuesday, June 8, 2021 at 12:00pm. Pursuant to Virginia Code Section 2.2-3708.2(A)(3) involving a declaration of a state of emergency and following the Governor’s “Stay At Home” Orders, the meeting will be conducted telephonically.
*Portions of the meeting may be conducted in Executive Session as permitted by the Va. Freedom of Information Act, Va. Code § 2.2-3711(A)(8)(Legal Matters) and (A)(29)(Contract Matters).
