About the Role: The IT Support Analyst provides information systems technical support for all divisions of the Authority, including troubleshooting/maintenance, user assistance, and training; also administers the RMTA’s local area network, wide area network, internet connection, phone, and e-mail system.
The candidate must possess a background in information systems support and troubleshooting; comprehensive knowledge of information systems concepts for Active Directory; Cisco Call Manager; Cisco Unity, Cisco Desk phones, and Cisco VPN; Cisco routers and switches; email and network security systems, to include antivirus software; and Network cabling. Demonstrated experience with Virtualization (VMWare), Windows 10 and 11, Microsoft Server 2022 and Microsoft Exchange 365, Microsoft Office 365, and experience supporting remote users are also required.
Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of three (3) years experience in network administration, desktop support and Voice over IP; Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Systems or Computer Science or related discipline. OR any equivalent combination of training and experience.
