Important Customer Advisory Regarding Fraudulent Toll Fee Collection Text Messages and Emails

The Richmond Metropolitan Transportation Authority is encouraging people to be on alert for a nationwide texting and email scam that is sending requests for payment of outstanding toll charges. Please note that we do not currently communicate with customers via text message. Additionally, we do not currently send emails to customers, and only respond to customer emails.
