The Richmond Metropolitan Transportation Authority (RMTA), 901 East Byrd Street, Suite 1120, Richmond, Virginia 23219 until 10:00 a.m. local time, will receive sealed Proposals for the above project on Tuesday, June 11, 2024. Sealed bid documents will be transferred by RMTA staff to Powhite South Administration Building located at 6500 Powhite Parkway, Richmond, VA 23225, at which time and place the bids will be publicly opened and read at 11:00 a.m. local time.
