The Richmond Metropolitan Transportation Authority will hold its November Board Meeting and Annual Board Retreat as follows:
• Board meeting: Tuesday, November 10, 2020; 12:00PM*
• The Board will conduct its annual retreat upon completion of the Board meeting.
*Portions of the meeting may be conducted in Executive Session as permitted by the Va. Freedom of Information Act, Va. Code § 2.2-3711(A)(8) (Legal Matters) and (A)(29) (Contract Matters)
Pursuant to VA Code Section 2.2-3708.2(A)(3) involving a declaration of a state of
emergency, and following the Governor’s “Stay At Home” Order (Executive Order No. 55),
the meeting will be conducted telephonically.
