The Richmond Metropolitan Transportation Authority will hold its September Board Meeting on Tuesday, September 15, 2020 at 12:00pm. Pursuant to Virginia Code Section 2.2-3708.2(A)(3) involving a declaration of a state of emergency and following the Governor’s “Stay At Home” Order (Executive Order Number 55), the meeting will be conducted telephonically.
*Portions of the meeting may be conducted in Executive Session as permitted by the Va. Freedom of Information Act, Va. Code § 2.2-3711(A)(8) (Legal Matters), (A)(29) (Contract Matters), and (A)(1) Personnel Matters.
