The Richmond Metropolitan Transportation Authority will hold its Annual Meeting of the Board of Directors on Tuesday, June 11, 2019 at 12:00PM in the RMTA Board Room, 901 East Byrd Street, Suite 1120, Richmond, Virginia.
Pursuant to Article X of the By-laws of the Richmond Metropolitan Transportation Authority, the RMTA board members propose to change Article III, Section 2-3 of the By-laws concerning the scheduling of meetings, and Article III, Section 6 of the By-laws to include a written policy allowing for and governing participation of its members by electronic communication means.
